What is Freinet pedagogy?
It is named after Célestin Freinet, a French teacher who believed children learn best by doing, expressing themselves and working together, not just by listening. That is why our school carries his name.
Learning by doing
Children experiment, ask and try things out before memorizing.
Free expression
They write, draw and share their own ideas: their voice counts in class.
Teamwork
They learn to organize, help each other and reach agreements.
At their own pace
Each student moves forward according to their needs, with close support.
